Value Stream Mapping     1-Day Course

Dates Available
2004 Dates: Mar 3 (L/Spa), Jun 29 (L/Spa)

Value Stream Mapping is a powerful visualisation tool designed to help lean implementation engineers map the entire door to door production flow. By analysing the complete process the “current state map” can be used to prioritise improvement projects that bring real benefits to process flow. It avoids improvement teams working on individual projects on discrete processes that bring only limited benefit for the end customer.
