The Smallpeice approach to Lean Sigma & Six Sigma training is not to install a prescriptive method – but to be considerate of your processes, organisational culture, previous progress and future goals.

We recognise that every company has its own business drivers and process issues and so, although the core DMAIC problem-solving approach should remain the same, the mix of techniques is blended to suit each organisation. In addition to our focused Lean and Six Sigma programmes, we also specialise in combining these approaches into one seamless strategy to provide a Lean Sigma business improvement model that concentrates on reducing both cycle time and variability.

BUILDING EXPERTISE INTO YOUR TEAMS

Our delivery approach is based around the goal of building internal capability within your organisation. We teach, coach and mentor teams using a blend of classroom training, expert coaching and learning by doing: the result will be a team of highly competent internal experts capable of leading self-sustaining improvement programmes.

ENSURING RAPID IMPROVEMENT RESULTS

It is essential to demonstrate quick wins early in the deployment in order to achieve rapid payback for the initial investment, to gain buy-in at all levels, and to prove and refine the use of the methodology within the business. Smallpeice takes a results focused approach from the outset to ensure that Lean Six Sigma works in practice and sets your organisation on the path to self sufficiency.
