This course provides delegates the skills required to confidently use Microsoft Project to assist in the planning and control of projects. The course is designed for new users, or delegates who are not fulfilling the true potential of this software. Delegates work on individual PC’s and course numbers are restricted so as not to dilute lecturer attention. The course is based around formal lectures, demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
