This 2-day workshop introduces the skills, tools and techniques that are applicable for everyone at any level in the organisation. Using a highly interactive approach, delegates will learn how to coach in a number of areas such as: performance, development of skills & behaviours,new employees, taking on new roles. Emphasis is put on skills practice & delegates will be create a learning log for transferring their learning back to the workplace.

- The Precision Model: questioning technique aligned with CI activity
