IN-COMPANY PROGRAMMES

An extensive public course programme is held at our prestigious training centre in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Benefits of attendance on

Established Format: Public courses are delivered to a concise and practical format that minimises time out of the office, whilst maximising rapid skills development.

Small Groups: All our courses are run with strictly limited numbers to encourage participation, questions and discussion. On software courses, delegates work in maximum groups of 8 delegates, using individual high-spec computers.

Onsite training programmes are tailored to business challenges, and an in-depth knowledge of the company’s requirements will be built-up through pre-course meetings and familiarisation with your processes.

Implementation:  Onsite training is proven to produce immediate, tangible benefits.  Through a staged implementation approach, our facilitators meet with clients beforehand to scope specific requirements.  Tailored, facilitated sessions then follow based around actual processes which can then be followed up via detailed review sessions to track progress.  Furthermore, our unique combination of technical, management and software training enables modular programmes to be integrated to ensure that technical courses also include key team skills.

Tutor Consistency: The Course Leader will build-up an in-depth knowledge of the customers requirements, and provide an integrated programme that complements existing training and process initiatives.

Fast Response: In-company clients will benefit from our proven ability to provide rapid response and delivery, whilst maintaining a high quality service within short lead-in timescales.

Account Management & Administration: In-company clients are assigned an Account Manager to provide a single point of contact for all training and account enquiries. We will also take care of all pre and post course arrangements including production of Joining Instructions, summary reports on course feedback, and review meetings.
