INTRODUCTION

Experimental Design (DoE) is a powerful and structured approach to understanding product & process behaviour. This course will provide practitioner training in how to apply DoE to optimise process or product design. Using this approach enables dramatic improvements in quality & reductions in cost to be simultaneously achieved, & help to prevent recurring manufacturing variability by adding new levels of stability to the design to production process. The course will also show how to use Minitab software to quickly & easily analyse data. It is suitable for anyone responsible for increasing product or process quality or reducing costs in a design, engineering or manufacturing environment.
