This facilitated Project Scoping workshop will help companies to construct a list of prioritised Six Sigma projects and understand the top level business case for carrying out these projects. Delegates will work through a structured process to generate top down and bottom up improvement requirements that are suited to the Six Sigma approach to problem solving approach. Projects will be prioritised based on agreed criteria. The final output of this workshop is to assign delegates to appropriate projects to support their training - while at the same time delivering real, quantifiable benefits to the business

OBJECTIVES

To utilise the appropriate Six Sigma tools for project selection

To develop a list of projects linked to the business and their key performance
    indicators.

To identify the correct project sponsor for each project and to ensure project
    ownership is understood by the project sponsor.
