Yellow Belts are a key part of an effective Six Sigma deployment. This practitioner programme will provide practical training to enable Yellow Belt to run local improvement activities, as well as supporting Green & Black Belt projects. The training programme will utilise process improvement exercises in order to develop a clear knowledge of the DMAIC process.
