Six Sigma has become the process improvement methodology of choice for organisations that are serious about world class levels of quality and customer service. This 1-day programme will provide a detailed overview of the business

drivers behind Six Sigma, and clearly explain the DMAIC structure that underpins any Six Sigma programme. The course will be participative with opportunities for discussion, and will include a review of manufacturing case study applications.
