PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The Six Sigma Green Belt role is focused on delivering improvement projects: that produce tangible organisational benefits, either at Green Belt level or as team members on Black Belt projects. This comprehensive modular training programme enables delegates to become practised with the key tools and techniques of DMAIC, and be confident in the use of these tools within day-to-day business and specific project activities. The training will guide delegates through the technical DMAIC toolkit, and also provide guidance on the project management and soft skills required to successfully deliver projects and sustain improvement changes.
