PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Yellow Belt training is the ideal programme to ensure that all staff understand the fundamentals of Six Sigma/Lean Sigma, and can contribute to Green Belt projects as well as practising a structured approach to problem solving on a daily basis.   The training for this course delivery is practical and participative – using exercises & simulations to highlight the key tools and techniques.
