PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Lean Sigma Green Belts are a powerful asset to any company wanting to build an improvement taskforce to create a culture of process improvement at every level in the organisation. Choosing to adopt the Lean Sigma approach for Green Belt training ensures that we focus on reducing both process time and process variability – and can recognise when to apply a ‘Just Do It’ Lean approach, and when a more structured data analysis approach to problem solving is required. Lean Sigma Green Belts normally work on improvement projects whilst having a functional role (normally 20% of a Green Belt’s time is devoted to Lean Sigma project work). This comprehensive modular training programme enables delegates to become practised with the key tools and techniques of Lean Sigma DMAIC, and be confident in the use of these tools within day-to-day business and specific project activities. The training will guide delegates through the technical Lean Sigma toolkit, and also provide guidance on the project management and soft skills required to successfully deliver projects and sustain improvement changes.
