The Six Sigma programme completed by Jonathan Davies, Quality Manager for Faurecia’s Grojec plant in Poland, is one recent example of the success of the Smallpeice's course.  His Six Sigma project, undertaken as part of the Black Belt Certification course, has already delivered a major reduction in rework at the plant, with savings estimated at around £1million.
