PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

For accredited Green Belts, this programme provides a fast-track upgrade path to achieve Black Belt status. The condensed 5-day programme focuses on the advanced DMAIC tools that are required for more complex projects, and also introduces Lean techniques such as Value Stream Mapping. Experienced Six Sigma trainers will deliver five days of training that is structured to be interactive and participative with practical exercises to further develop the Six Sigma skillset.

PROGRAMME FORMAT

Covering the recognised DMAIC body of knowledge for Black Belts, this course follows a format of four 5-day blocks (one session per month for four months), and links to a formal accreditation process. Training style throughout is participative, encouraging discussion, group activities, hands-on exercises, and regular reviews of project progress and support.
